Due to the need for development, wemoved and the area enlarged from 2000 square meters to 3500 square meter. We added one Japanese AMADA NTC and one welding line. We purchased one Japanese AMADA NCT (numerically controlled turret punch press), three Japanese TOYO bending machines, one Taiwan 24-axis tapping machine and we have passed the supplier certification for GREATWALL computer Group . Our revenue exceeded 30 million RMB.

The factory area enlarged from 3500 square meters to 6500 square meters. We built a new dust-free, zero emission coating line, welding line, assembly line and added inspection equipment, such as an coating thickness gauge, chromatic aberration gauge and gloss meter. At the same time, our company became an integrated sheet metal fabrication factory for cutting, welding, finishing and assembly. Our revenue exceeded 40 million RMB. The employee reached 80 and the subsidiary Dongguan Xunjia Precision Metal Products Co., Ltd. was founded.

We introduced one Japanese Mitsubishi 4500W laser cutting machine, one Japanese AMADA CNC stamping press (EM2510), one InspecVision projector inspection system, two riveting machines. We passed the supplier certification for Korea HYOSUNG and the turnover exceeded 60 million RMB, the employees exceeded 100.
